If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new art print from Evermade.com, you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or full refund (less shipping).
Prior to returning any item(s) to Evermade.com you must request a refund / replacement to the Evermade team. To request refund / replacement please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
1. Order # (you can find this on your packing slip),
2. First & Last Name
3. Title of art print (s) you want to return
4. Reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
5. What action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
6. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your return authorisation & instructions.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original packaging and include the packing slip that was included with your order.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you used a voucher to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be issued as a new gift certificate reflecting a new total so you may use that balance on a future purchase.
We will inform you of any additional transaction charges beforehand.
