We at Evermade.com are committed to providing you with the best designs around, and so your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase from Evermade.com you can return it to us, within 28 days of receipt.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 28 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in unused, immaculate condition (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging.  Failure to meet these criteria will result in the return being declined.

All goods will be inspected on return.

We will refund the price you purchased your item at.

If you used a voucher to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be issued as a new gift certificate reflecting a new total so you may use that balance on a future purchase.

We will inform you of any additional transaction charges beforehand.

If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

For exchanges, we will charge you separately for postage of the new parcel.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

First Steps:

Prior to returning any item(s) to Evermade.com you must request a refund / replacement to the Evermade team. To request refund / replacement please send an e-mail to info@evermade.com with the following details:
1.    Order # (you can find this on your confirmation email)
2.    First & Last Name
3.    Title of item(s) you want to return
4.    Reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
5.    What action you would like us to take for you: replacement, exchange or refund?
6.    Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your return authorisation & instructions.

 

What Next:

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original packaging and include a printout of your confirmation email or your packing slip.
Please specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: replacement, exchange or refund.
Be sure to send the item via a tracked service. Within the UK, we recommend sending this via the Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked’ service.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURN PERIOD

We understand that many of you would like to beat the crowds and shop for Christmas online early, so the standard 28 day return policy may not be long enough for you. So we have extended the returns period so you have the chance to return an item after Christmas.
Orders made between the 15th November and 25th December will have until 10th January to claim a return. Our other refund terms and conditions still apply. Remember to keep the original packaging.
